The client was looking for a pre-purchase building, termite & pest inspection for a double-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse and we were more than happy to oblige.
After conducting a thorough inspection of the building’s exterior and interior, our Inspector Marty, discovered that there was some minor wood rot present in the pergola and other external timbers that were damaged due to exposure to the weather. Marty took time to educate the customer on these property defects and explained the potential rectification works needed and the right trades that should be engaged for quotes on the required works. The customer left the inspection with a better understanding of the property they were interested in purchasing and what work would need to be carried out. They were very satisfied with the service that we provided.
