8 Point Building Inspections was recently contacted by a client to perform a new build handover inspection at a property in Truganina, Victoria. The property is a double storey, 3 bedroom, rendered brick veneer terrace house.
A thorough inspection of the property was carried out and a number of defects were identified, including incomplete works and damaged or defective fittings in the bathroom, interior walls and kitchen areas.
