Drew inspected the entire property, both inside and outside, including the roof space and subfloor. He found a major structural defect in a damaged timber roof prop and also minor defects which included old terracotta plumbing. Overall, the property was in a fair condition for its age. We recommended engaging a qualified tradesperson to assess the issues so our client could understand the extent of the rectification works required before making a decision to purchase the property.
