The property inspection included a 3 bedroom home and sheds. Using visual observation, a torch & donger our Inspector, Drew found evidence of termite techniques & damage in the structural Timbers of the shed, which is considered a major structural defect. Our client was advised to engage with a builder to obtain a quote for rectification works prior to making an offer to purchase the property and/or signing contracts.
