8 Point Building Inspections was recently contacted by a friend of a past client to conduct a pre-purchase building, termite & pest inspection on a house in Carnegie, VIC. The property was a 4-bedroom single-storey home and our Inspector, Drew, found the property to be in very good condition. In his report he highlighted some minor concerns around works completed which looked to be done by a handyman rather than the appropriate qualified tradesperson. It was recommended that the client engage the appropriate trades to further investigate & understand if any rectification works were required.
