We were asked to carry out a pre-purchase building, termite and pest inspection of the property. During our inspection, we found termite activity causing damage to the timber roof props, which is considered a major structural defect. We recommended that further inspections be carried out & trades engaged so that the client understood the rectification works required before making a decision to purchase the property.
