Our business, 8 Point Building Inspections, recently completed a building, termite & pest inspection on a property in Altona North. The customer chose us as we are known for our comprehensive inspection services and our detailed report with photos of any areas of concern.
The property was assessed to be in a reasonable condition overall however, we did find some minor defects including weathering to the roof tiles, gutters that were blocked, and roof flashing that was damaged. We also noted that the exterior roof was leaking in several places. We advised the client that further inspections by a licensed plumber were recommended and that they should be aware of the potential rectification works that may be needed.
